Scott Sim
Capt. Sim works for the Belleville Police Dept. Scott is our present Pipe Major after serving in the band since Sept of 1998. A gifted and talented musician!!!!!! Scott is very active with Project Children. He is the composer of a tune titled "Drummers Lost" written for our 3 dear friends with the Port Authority Pipes and Drums
